| Hi All,
How do you estimate the time frame for an open room that has neglible RT.
A particular model of mine i.e a 20,000 capacity stadium has 0 RT.
From what I know , this is quite normal when large rooms are open and EASE cannot determine the room volume due to lack of definite surfaces.
In this case, my mean free path time is 0 s.
By rule of thumb, time frame should be roughly (mean free path time * order).
When this is incalculable as in my case, how do you decide as to what would be a suitable time frame / order and no. of rays for generating a realistic reflectogram? |

| Hi Varun,
You can do a first-order Mirror Impact study and look at the arrival times in the Probe. A first order mirror calculation shouldn't take more than a minute of two. |
