| EASE download portal error |

| Hi
I'm trying to update my EASE version to 4.2.4, but am getting the following error when I press download, whether the 'program only' or 'complete CD setup' option. I already have Net framework version 2.0 installed.

did you try it once more? Does it is a permanent error?
Which webbrowser type do you use?

| Thanks, it happened quite a few times, but the error seems to have cleared itself now - downloaded OK today |

About a week ago I too, have had problems downloading the update. I tried over several days from different computers using the 'program only' option. For quite a few attempts, it seemed to time out around the 45% point. One attempt, it got to 95% downloaded and the computer then sat there for 20mins without further action - I cancelled downloading at this time.
I've recently installed a higher speed internet connection at home on a faster computer. A few days ago, I was able to download the ZIP file update without problems. I haven't installed this yet, so I hope all is OK.
Hope this helps provide a little more info...
