| I am trying to evaluate how some reflective surfaces react in a room using Ray tracing.
What I am after is to select my surfaces of question as active.
Order: 1
Only show reflected rays: selected
This works fine, although after the first reflection, the ray travels to infinity and doesn't stop at the next surface because it isn't active.
This makes it tough to evaluate where the ray is hitting.
How can I get EASE to not sow the ray once it passes through the room after the first bounce?
I saw an example of this in a presentation on Bruce Olson's website. Just wondering how it was obtained.
Thanks...

| Hi Brandon,
Do your ray tracing with all faces active, then select both "Use Only Selected Faces" and "Draw only Reflected Rays." Activate and deactivate faces as you like using F8 in View Project. |
