| I just bought a new laptop with Windows 7 Home 64 bit preinstalled and I'm trying to get all my software moved over. All the programs noted state they require Microsoft .NET 2.0. When I try to install it, I get a message stating that .NET 2.0 does not support 64 bit and therefore won't install.
At this point, I don't think I can downgrade Windows 7 to a 32 bit version, but I can upgrade to W7 Pro 64 bit which states it supports XP 32 bit compatibility. Is this what I need to do or am I missing something in the .NET requirements?

| I am pretty sure that .NET 2.0 is included in Windows 7. So you should be able to just install them.
EASE and SysTune are fully compatible with Windows 7 (and Vista), both 32-bit and 64-bit. EASERA is not yet supported on Vista (or Se7en), but will run if you install it after SysTune. We expect to update EASERA for full compatibility in the first half of 2010. Watch our newsletter at AFMG News for the Beta announcement. |

| Hi
On the same subject, we are looking at investing in a quad-core PC running Windows XP/Pro 64 bit - is this OK for compatibility?
Also is EASE/AURA making full use of quad-core processors yet?
Thanks
