| Pardon meif this has already been discussed, but I could not find it.
I want to upgrade to 4.3. During the registration process it asks for my EASE license number.
Where can I find that?
I have hunted around in the program but come up empty.
Thanks in advance for any help. |

It should be listed on the user tab in Options (F9) for EASEMain. If it is not there (it says <none>), then you will find it on the CD case for your License CD. Filed that with the fishes?  Then send an email to your distributer, and they should have a record of it. |

| Why did I say distributer? Usually that is Renkus-Heinz, but it might also be JBL or E-V. It might even be AFMG, but only if you are in a German-speaking country. |

As far as I know I have never gotten a CD with EASE on it. It has always been downloaded.
F9 has my user ID as NONE.
Any particular person/dept I should ask @ Renkus? That is where we have been purchasing EASE-at least as long as I have been using it-onwards of 11yrs or so. |
