Hello everybody,

Just to know if there is an update to import skp from sketch up 8 because (I don't know if I am the only one to have this problem) each time I try to import a skp made with SKP8 there is a message that isn't allowed...Import from 7 is OK but not from 8 and as you know you can open a project made with sketch up 8 with the V7 .

Thanks for your help and sorry once again for my bad english writing ! Laughing

EASE 4.3 doesn't import SketchUp V8 files. In SketchUp, 'save as' your file as an SKP V7 file. This should then import into EASE using the ImEx module.
Hope this helps.

BTW, if you can find a version of SketchUp V7, you should still be able to overlay CAD files - a 'feature' left out of SketchUp V8. However, you can purchase V8 Pro, and have this feature reinstated! Smile

Regards
