| I am running Ease 4.3.9 using Windows 7 64 bit. After installation and licensing, I can open Ease fine. When I try to open a project I receive a "runtime error 70" related to easemain. If I change my program to start in compatibility mode, the program requires me to start in an elevated security state (run as administrator). This allows me to open the project without the runtime error. Unfortunately, the elevated security state also forces the program to ignore network drive mappings (as a security measure). I think my problem is the original error 70. Is there a way to fix this issue without being in compatibility mode? I do have another computer that is running the same configuration (different hardware) that is working fine without any changes to how I start the program. |

| These types of issues are normally related to an installation that was not completed correctly. Please capture the window as shown here: How to Take a Screenshot in Microsoft Windows. Then create a Status Report for EASE and send both to support[at]afmg.eu and our support team will assist you. |
