| Hi everyone,
Aura makes calculations assuming an omnidirectional microphone. However, I am interested to perform AURA simulations using a directional microphone. Is this anyhow possible?
Many thanks |

| Why would you wanna do that?
In AURA you can create a Binaural Impulse Response file based on a response file and consider the effect of the human head (a not omnidirectional source) for the auralization process.

| I would like to do that to perform other simulations than just room impulse response. For example, for microphone arrays. Should I expect that this is not possible then? |
