| I am trying to move the origin of my design. If I move in the y direction, it seems to work. I cannot get the origin to move in the x direction. It accepts the change but does nothing. My goal is to model a room in one origin and then rotate it 45 degrees to make modeling a triangular room easier. What don't I understand or what am I doing wrong? The manual and help are not helping me much. |

| I would think for modeling a triangular room, it would be far more useful to rotate the room about the axis. That way when you duplicate or displace vertexes and faces, they line up with the walls.

| Perhaps you model the room with "room symmetric" is turned on?
If You want to move the origin in x-direction, this checkbox has to be turned off.
kind regards
