| Hi Matt,
try to fix the issue by running EASE explicitly as administrator. For this right click on the EASE desktop icon and execute "Run as Administrator".

| I tried opening ease as administrator. No luck with that. I'm still getting "invalid machine code" error when I open ease. When I try to download my reset license , I'm also getting a "could not generate license! Error code: 1.0.16#21 ". |

| Matt,
To fix the problem run EASE explicitly as administrator. In the EASE Guard window execute one time "Remove Licence" from the EASE Guard's "Licencing by File/Terminate" section and restart the EASE Guard program.
If the problem persists please contact the AFMG Technical Support ( support@afmg.eu).

| Hi Matt,
You have encountered this issue long time back.
I recently switched over to Windows 10 and I am facing the same issue. I tried every thing what Frank suggested but problem still not resolved.
Please share if the problem was resolved by you.
Thanks with kind regards
Tikendra |

| Hi Tikendra,
The above should solve the issue. Please notice that by "run EASE explicitly as administrator" Frank means that you should right click EASE icon in the desktop and then choose "Run as Administrator". Click Help > Register. On EASEGuard window, switch to the Licensing by File > Terminate tab and then press Remove License. Close EASEGuard. When you reopen it, also as administrator, does the issue persist? If so, please contact our support team: support (at) afmg.eu.
From the properties of the EASE icon, compatibility tab, you mark the checkbox to always run the program as administrator.
Best Regards,
Pedro |
