| EASE Focus 3 Crashes on Windows 10 |

| I just installed EASE Focus 3 but I'm having an issue getting it to start. It keeps complaining that "EASE Focus has stopped working" after the splash screen but before the main window starts up.
This is a totally fresh install of EASE Focus Version 3.0.18 on a recently updated Windows 10 Home (64 bit) laptop with 8 Gig of ram and a dual core 1.8 GHz processor.
EASE Focus version 2.5.10 works without issue on the same machine.
I have tried the Windows 10 clean up utility and re-installing the 3.0.18 version, with the same results.

please contact the AFMG technical support ( support@afmg.eu ) and provide all available details ( like error messages) regarding that issue.

| When starting EF3 3.0.18 I am getting the Window 'EASE Focus doesn't work anymore' and the program quits. What could be the reason for this? It worked fine on the same machine a couple of months ago. |

| Hi Reinier,
first please try restarting EASE Focus 3 using Default Settings from the Windows Start Menu under All Programs > AFMG > EASE Focus 3.
If the problem persists please contact the AFMG technical support ( support@afmg.eu ) .
