AURA vs Local Decay Time - Discrepancy

Using EASE 4.4, I have a designed a church. When I compare the results of the EDT between AURA and Mapping (Local Decay Time) for a given Audience Area, the results are quite different. With AURA, I get an EDT of about 2.0 secs, whereas with Mapping, I get only 1.0 sec throughout the Audience area. Why such a difference?
