| I located the original disks, uninstalled EASE, when I insert the Program CD I get an error message that reads; "D:\ is not a valid Win32 application" Doh!!! I am now banging my head on my keyboard, I think I'll now leave for the evening, I'll be back tomorrow morning with a fresh take on things... If you have any idea in the meantime, please do not hesitate to post.
Thanks in advance,
Marc |

| Hi Marc,
Since you are reinstalling any way, I'd suggest that you update to the latest version and the current file structure. Please follow the instructions on our FTP site, ftp.renkus-heinz.com. You'll find them in the Software > EASE folder and the title of the file is "EASE 4.2 update_AN-EA-1U.pdf." |

| Hello,
I uninstalled the EASE 4.2.4 and EASE Guard loaded on my PC through Control Panel.
I installed the new EASE 4.3(78.6MB file) downlaoded from the AFMG download Portal and then reinstalled the EASEGUARD Program. Now when i click on the EASE4.3 Shortcut icon on my desktop it shows me some errors.. The error says - Code 75 : Path/File Access error , Run Time Error 75 : Path File Access Error and Check Components error-Main!Path File access error.
Please advise asap.

| Hello Manik,
To fix the problem try the following:
Re-install EASE 4.3 and check
"Reset all installation adjustments to default values"
on the "Remove/Repair" dialog.
