| Can anyone tell me the best way to view a flutter echo in an EASE room model? I have a customer who is very intrested in seeing the flutter echos and where they are comming from. any help

| Hi Dewey,
You can do this in Ray Tracing, but describing all of the necessary steps in detail is beyond what can be posted here.
In short, do a Ray Tracing calculation, probably 4-5k rays/lsp, 10th order/no time limit.
Then use the controls in the Ray Tracing Item Menu, Use only Selected Faces and Draw Only Selected Rays, activate the parallel faces causing the flutter echo and use Draw All Rays or the Movie to see the flutter echo. If you don't get any Rays showing up between parallel faces, try using more Rays or fewer orders during the calculation. |
