| I'm having a problem with EASE 4.3.8.69.
Just installed 4.3.8 a couple of days ago. Problem is that the root file shuts down when I use F5 or F6 to apply changes to the Edit Project window.
The problem seems to happen when I make an edit to a loudspeaker value such as xyz coordinates or H/V aiming.
The Edit Project window stays open and still responds to editing, but any changes made are not saved.
Anyone else having this problem?
Running full EASE with Aura. Windows XP OS.

| I suspect that there is a permissions problem on your computer. Please go to the Help menu and select Create Status Report. Answer yes to the question about whether to automatically send it as an email attachment. Someone will get back to you with assistance. |

| I have heard of the same or aty least it sounded very like it, issue from a colleague here.
He had been using the "Repair" feature of the installation wizard when he updated Ease. When he used the "Uninstall" feature to completely remove the earlier version the problem was resolved.
Hope This Helps |

| That's a good point Peter. Repair is only for the case where EASE is already successfully installed and completely working, but some other software installer broke something. Repair should not be used when updating as you are not repairing the same version, you are moving to a new version. |

| Well guys, I have tried everything that you have suggested and that Waldemar at AFMG has suggested. I've gone through and cleared every old version of EASE. Made sure that everything is out of the Program Files. Done many reinstalls. Still no luck.
I should mention that there is an AMFG sub folder in the Program File folder. That appears to have license files only.
One minor change is that now the main program doesn't shut down until the third time that I try and "apply changes". This really has me stumped. I managed to do this same update on my laptop without any problem.
