Easera Gateway Installation Errors |

| Recently our company has purchased Easera and Easera Gateway.
We have some problems, regarding the installation of the easera Gateway.
the problems are :
- When installing the gateway driver, when the laptop is searching for the devicem the screen turns into bluescreen and displaying "KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR", but after reading the support documents, we are able to continue.
- The next problems is, when we are trying to reinstall the driver, a window appeared and shows "Could not open INSTALL.LOG" file, and after we disabled the network devices on my laptop, the window keeps on appearing and the screen once again turns into bluescreen and displaying "0X000000F4(0X00000003, 0X82B3D020, 0X82B3D194, OX805C773F)". And we're not able to resolve this problem.
What should we do ? |
