| Lock Up With Eyes or Area Mapping |

| Updated to 4.3.9.75 and while I can open and edit a room, check data, save a project, etc. if I try to utilize 2-D (Area Mapping) or 3-D (Eyes) mapping I get the splash screen and then the computer locks up tight.
Have uninstalled, via both EASE and Windows uninstallers, and reinstalled the EASE program (not the data) several times as well as upating the video drivers to the latest on the manufacturer's site (NVIDIA GEForce 6800 GTS) but am still experiencing the same problems. Passes the EASE OpenGL tests fine.
Any ideas? |

| It is likely that the windows are opening up off screen. I am sure Jonas will reply to your email after he gets back from InfoComm where we all were last week.
In the meantime, try pressing Alt-SpaceBar when EASE appears to be locked up, then select Move from the dropdown menu and use your Arrow keys to move the window back on screen. |

| Thanks Bruce. I'll try it but many times the splash screen is still visible and you can't CTL-ALT-DEL to Windows Task Manager, can't select other open apps, the Windows clock stops, etc. |
