| There don't seem to be many subwoofers in the EASE databases. Even Rehnkus Heinz's CFX18 is not in the databases. Can anyone suggest a model that is in the Speaker database that would substitute for a JBL SR4718X sub? This is a 4 ohm 600W RMS speaker 98 db sensitivity speaker. EASE does not model frequencies below 100Hz where most people are concerned with sub-woofers. Also, at these frequencies with such long wavelengths, other behavioral characteristics come into play that EASE does not take into account, and their direct sound behavior is mostly omni-directional. For these primary reasons, most manufacturer's will not model or supply sub-woofer speaker data. You may find many "low" boxes that are also sometimes used as sub-woofers in the database.
