Basketball court flooring

First of all thanks for advice .
secondly yes I'm asking about EASE materials for Basket ball flooring .
thirdly my study case is Basketball court in prison inside steel hanger and I have no permissiveness to make Passive Treatment in structural of hanger so all my treatment in flooring the volume of model is about 6252.48 M3 in my first Proposal I used for flooring BAFL2"2F material - BAFL2"2F {2"THK 2LB CORE FABRIC COVERED} - is right choice or not .

The BAFL2"2F material is a fiberglass acoustic material, 2 inches thick. This material is normally deployed by hanging. I've e-mailed you a photo.

If this material were placed on a basketball court, it would make playing the game impossible. This material is a good choice for treatment of a sporting hall, but it cannot be deployed on the playing surface. It would need to be hung from the ceiling or draped through the rafters.
