Hello,

I am using EASE in full version (without AURA), version 4.3.9.75. I do the STI calculation with standard mapping. In the loudspeaker properties the SPL values in the third-octave-bands from 100 to 400 Hz are set to 0.
What happens in this case to the STI calculation as the excitation at the frequencies below 500 Hz is missing?
Is the STI value in this case calculated correctly corresponding to the explanation in DIN EN 60268-16?
Could you please provide detailed information about the STI calculation in EASE?

Thanks,
Birgit Gasteiger

Dear user,

You might want to take a look at the following post:

It contains a set of useful informations regarding STI calculations in EASE. Also there, you can find the link bellow, kindly provided by Lindsay, where you can find more information.
