| Hi, some one could give me a help here?
After the atualization for the version 4.3.9 of EASE I noticed this problem:
When I import a DXF (ver CAD2000) and insert some new faces in Edit Project Mode and I go to Room Mapping (after check data) only the audience areas and the new faces I created in Edit Project Mode, and not all that imported from DXF, shows in the screen. I donīt know if itīs clear but I can see al of them in te Edit Project Mode and only a few in Room Mapping, even after I save and acquire data again.
I tried to compare all settings in Face Table and change some of them but nothing happend. I changed settings in the "Item" and "View" menus in Room Mapping with no results. I never had this problem before.
I think if I use combine projects command I can carry on my project, but I wold like to know if this is a bug or error in the settings I entered.
Someone can help me?
Someone getting the same problem?
Thank you very much |

| Hi Luis,
Please pack and e-mail me the project so I can see what's going on.
To pack a project, first, be sure to check data (F5) and then from the EASE Main, select File > Pack Project. Accept the defaults and the packed project will be zipped and saved to the project folder in a sub folder called archive. Just e-mail me the .zip file. |

| I am also having the same issue here in the UK, has there been a resolution as yet? I'm currently using EASE 4.3.8.69 so it could possibly be fixed in a later version?
I have imported using Sketchup and although in Room Edit there are no errors on checking the model, the Eyes module does not show any faces, bar the last one entered in the model (there are 413 in all, and only F413 shows in Eyes.)
This initially seemed like a user error with the configuration options of the Eyes module, however myself and a colleague have gone through the settings and can't seem to get anything to work.
Any ideas? |

| I've not figured out what was happening, but exporting the project as a .dxf and reimporting resolved the issue. |

| That's strange indeed. I had the same problem with a SketchUp file. It has more than 400 faces, what might be a factor. The only solution I found was to export the imported .skp as a new .skp file and then reimport the new file. I think this is a bug. (EASE 4.3.9.75) |

| Same issue here with EASE 4.3.9.75. Exporting and importing from Sketchup solved it with no troubles. Data checked on the first attempt. |
