| Dear John,
For problems like this, please contact AFMG directly through support(at)afmg.eu.
Please send us a complete description of the problem, including the steps necessary to reproduce it.
It might also be helpful send an EASE Status Report. It can be generated from the Create Status Report command available from the Start Menu > All Programs > EASE > Tools folder.
Best Regards,
Pedro |

| Hello Papa John,
This message looks very similar to a message I get from time to time - however mine is in English!
I've found it typically occurs when running Adobe Reader and EASE at the same time.
I have found 2 methods that seem to work:
Pack the project, then reinstall, OR export the project to DXF and then re-import the project.
Don't know why, but most times this seems to fix the error.
Regards |
