| Dear all,
I am using Aura to calculate the reverberation time of a quite simple and small speech auditorium.
I made some measurement in the existing room, and I am so able to fix my model in order to get a pretty accurate reverberation time calculation using the Eyring/Sabine calculation module in Ease.
When using aura, I get a RT that is very different from the Sabine method. It is too much, in my opinion, to put it on the fact that the sabine and the ray tracing method are different.
The Rt are quite low: 0.7s with measurement/sabine, and 1.2s with aura
I tried with different calculations settings and loudspeakers, without having much improvement.
I am suspecting that there is a problem with my simulation, but I am not able to find a way to solve this problem.
Does anyone have an Idea?
Thanks in advance, and best regards
Philippe |
