| Closed model now crashes whenever I attempt to edit database |

| Hi all
I have a completed model that I have been doing various mappings and calculations with. For no obvious reason it started having errors when I try to add any additional loud speakers or wall materials into it. I have opened other models and they are fine. I have tried packing and unpacking this model and also tried the EASE cleaning wizard to no avail.
AS soon as I try to close the "select project database" window after adding a spkr or wall material I get a message that the EASE room module has stopped working and needs to close...
EASE 4.4.5.31 on Win 7
Any suggestions please? Thanks! |

| If anyone is interested... I did find a way to correct this problem. I tried exporting to SketchUp file and the re-importing to EASE. I was surprised that all materials, areas, speakers etc. were maintained. After this, I seem to have no more problems. Maybe this could help others in similar predicament! |

Can you please send me problematic Project and the Status Report of your EASE installation so that we can verify if we can reproduce the problem?
To create the Status Report, go to Start > All Programs > EASE > Tools > Create Status Report.
