| If I were to calculate in EASE Aura to get these values
..............
Arrival Time,Definition,C50,C80,STI, Articulation Loss
..............
Is it correct to use the sphere? If i only care about the property of the room not the speakers
Mainly I use sphere set to the max level to calcuate T30.
Your suggestion is very much appreciated. |

| Definition,C50,C80,STI and Articulation Loss are parameters depending on
source/source position - room - receiver/receiver positon.
So you have to choose the appropriate source. For music (C80) often a spere is used, or the loudspeakers of the PA (when used for music).
You should chose a human for speech for a fixed direction of speaking, or a sphere if all directions are of the same importance. Or the loudpeakers of the PA (when used for speech). |
