| I need to communicate and coordinate documentation of acoustic panels, loudspeaker locations etc. with architects and other consultants on a regular basis. Project development and documentation is an evolving process. Some projects send out updates at the end of each day, while others may have weekly updates.
However I find there is no option to export an EASEv5 project file to any common CAD format, nor SketchUp.
This most basic function must be reinstated as a matter of urgency.
The lack of SketchUp import functionality is already a major disadvantage. The removal of CAD export in any format that can be sent to a design team, significantly affects project coordination.
At a minimum, export to DXF/DWG and SketchUp should be made available by default.
OpenBIM, IFC and others can be options for future software integration. |

| I agree with Tim at least 100%!
In general, import and export functions are very important. I need them every day when working with EA4. All displayed graphics, mappings, calculated values or tables must be easily exportable via clipboard or file into common formats. |
