| Hi there,
I will kick this question, which came up already in a previous post on may 2004.
In the answer this feature was announced for future versions.
I think this a feature for engineers who would have a quick check on their sound system planning, both for STI limits under reverberation and/or noise conditions. It is also an in between check before running AURA
As a trainer for a national voice alarm institute, i would see this as a standard tool for a building engineer.

| Hi Jurjen,
sorry to respond so late. We agree with your point of view and hope to have it included soon. However, the field testing we performed shows that the conventional RaSTI like we calculate it now is usually very close. That is why it did not seem that urgent.

there is a topic on acoustic modeling in the coming AES convention which i will join.
