| Hi!
can anyone inform me if the default setup in EASERA for STI measurements is according to the 1998 or 2003 version of the IEC60268-16?

| Thanks Bruce!
could the time window for STI measurements have an option to be set according to IEC 60268-16? or what shall the time window size be according to IEC?
Best regards

| As far as I know, IEC 60268-16 does not say anything about time windows. |
